Dr. Natasha (Honorary) is the Founder of Your Residential Care Consultants and a trusted leader in residential care, human services, and provider development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community & Human Service Management and an Associate of Science in Community & Human Service. With more than 20 years of experience, she is qualified as an AHCA Assisted Living Core Training Provider, trained in APD Core Competency and Zero Tolerance, and is a licensed owner and operator of long-term residential and behavior-focused facilities.
Her background includes residential operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, licensing support, relicensing, renewal guidance, quality assurance, adult day training, supported living, and behavior-focused care environments. Dr. Natasha (Honorary) is known for helping providers build compliant, well-managed, and high-quality services through expert training, real-world knowledge, and practical guidance.
